Fast, clear websites that get found in Google and AI search.
A Norwich studio for design, development and marketing, using AI to build better sites in less time.
01 Who it’s for
For good businesses with websites that hold them back.
We work with small and mid-sized UK businesses whose site is slow, dated or hard to find. Usually the business is doing well. The website just hasn’t kept up, and it’s quietly costing them enquiries.
1.1Speed
It takes too long to load.
People on phones won’t wait. If the page is still loading after a few seconds, they go back to the search results and pick someone else.
Target under 1s
1.2Clarity
It doesn’t say what you do.
A visitor should know within a few seconds what you offer, who it’s for and how to get in touch. Most sites make them work it out.
One clear next step
1.3Visibility
It doesn’t show up.
If you’re missing from Google, or AI assistants don’t mention you when someone asks for a recommendation, the work goes to whoever does appear.

04 Why Fieldwork
Why businesses pick us, and stay.
We’re a small studio on purpose. You get senior people on every project, a site that’s built to perform, and plain reporting on what it’s doing for you.
4.1One team
Design, build and marketing in one place.
You work with the same small team from the first call to launch and beyond. Nothing gets lost in a handover between agencies.
No account managers
4.2Speed
Built to load in under a second.
We build lean, compress everything and test on slow connections, so speed is part of the build rather than a fix later on.
Tested on real phones
4.3AI, used carefully
AI does the legwork. People make the calls.
We use AI for research, first drafts and testing. Every word, design decision and line of code is checked by someone who has done this for over ten years.
Working since 2014
4.4Reporting
We report on enquiries, not vanity numbers.
Each month you get a short report on calls, form fills and where they came from, plus what we plan to change next.
One page, monthly
05 Clients
In their words.
Ottery & Vane
“We used to get two or three enquiries a month through the website. Now it’s that many a week, and people already understand what we do before they pick up the phone.”
Priya HallamPractice manager Mardle
“Our old site took ages to load on a phone, which is where nearly all our customers find us. Fieldwork rebuilt it in six weeks and now it opens straight away.”
Tom EasterOwner Fenmoor
“They asked better questions about the clinic than we’d asked ourselves. The new pages answer what patients actually want to know, and we show up when they search for it.”

08 Questions
Questions we get asked.
How much does a website cost?
Most of our websites cost between £6,000 and £18,000.
The price depends on how many pages you need, how much of the writing we do, and whether the site needs extras such as online booking or a shop. You get a fixed quote after the first call, so the number won’t move unless the scope does.
How long does a project take?
Most projects take 6 to 10 weeks from the first call to launch.
Smaller sites can be quicker. The thing that usually decides the timeline is how fast we can agree the content, so we plan that with you in the first week.
Should I choose Astro or Webflow?
Choose Webflow if your team wants to edit pages and layouts themselves, and Astro if speed and flexibility matter most.
Both load fast and rank well when they’re built properly. We’ll recommend one on the first call based on who will update the site and what it needs to do.
What is AI search optimisation (AEO)?
AEO is the work of making your business easy for AI assistants to understand, trust and recommend.
It overlaps with good SEO: clear pages that answer real questions, structured data that describes your business, and consistent details across the web. We build it into every site and can add it to an existing one.
Do you only work with businesses in Norwich?
No, we work with businesses across the UK.
About half our clients are in Norfolk and Suffolk, and we’re happy to meet in person if you’re nearby. Everyone else we work with over video calls, which suits most projects just as well.
Let’s find out what your website is costing you.
